Hi, my name is Steve Morris and it’s my goal in life to make you and your football team the biggest, strongest, fastest, most explosive and meanest football players around.
I was very lucky to have had an excellent strength coach who understood what it took to build an explosive football strength training program; one that took freshman and turned them into big, fast hitting machines. I was taught the basics of using Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and even some Bodybuilding to get bigger, faster, stronger for football.
However, on my first day of college, I realized that not everyone had it so lucky! Our college program was actually much less advanced that the one I followed in high school! I was not born a great athlete and needed every single advantage I could get if I wanted to dominate on the football field. The football strength training program I saw when I got to college not only wouldn’t help me, but would have made my progress go backwards!
It was right then that I decided to formulate an explosive strength and conditioning program for football that would make me as big, fast, and explosive as possible.
